"Rise and Shine" ôRise and Shineö fuses a high-cool, Motown-with-a-twist groove with rocking, hallelujah vocals. Cochran and LaMarca not only co-authored Rise and Shine, they sing lead in duet and weave a stunning tapestry of background vocal parts, working up to a full gospel choir sound.
LaMarca also produced and arranged the single with the help of a fabulous live band, featuring a brilliant full horn section. Engineered by Pete Tokar, this hot single is set to make The Rock and Roll Capital proud !"
"Two of Hearts" Two of Hearts: Cherished Love Song Duets features Anne and Indianapolis Super Bowl Champ, Benjamin Utecht, sharing their refreshing renditions of 12 all-time favorite love songs, from beloved standards such as "Unforgettable" and "When I Fall in Love" to contemporary classics including "My Heart Will Go On" and "I Will Always Love You."
"CLOSE TO ME" As Anne's latest album title suggests, "Close To Me" (2009) is all about themes from a personal place. The 11 new tracks include several sparkling gems written by Anne, "Wishing Well" co-authored and performed with Jim Brickman, and three fabulous original titles by Tracy Silverman, who produced and recorded the new CD in Nashville, with all the energy and creativity he brings to his own music. With this new release, discover brilliant handcrafted collaborations by Anne and Tracy´┐Ż Moody's Bar, Easy Is As Easy Does, and the entire Close to Me CD will soon be inseparable from your fave playlists!
"COVER GIRL" Anne's 2004 CD offering, "Cover Girl" selection of well-loved "cover" songs is a unique treat! A single original title, "Make It Right" provides a taste of her miniature storytelling and sensorial insight into life on the road (you can feel that bus rolling!). Then her take on "Fever" turns the heat on high´┐Ż Anne's fresh styling, diamond-cut diction and honeyed alto breathe a sense of today into these great sixties titles. Opening with an engaging "Downtown" and closing with an opulently layered "Sunshine On My Shoulders", each track is very, very special and dangerously habit-forming!
PS Just to let you know, "Cover Girl" was the subject matter of Anne's sold-out concert at the Alma Cabaret in Cleveland´┐Żand a few of its titles necessarily figure into every solo performance she puts together...
"CHRISTMAS WISH" Anne's gorgeous "Christmas Wish" encapsulates the time of the year that she loves most of all. All about sharing out the spirit of the season, "Christmas Wish", gathers old friends and cozy favorites, along with the classic, "The Christmas Song" and the new classic, "Light A Single Candle". Mirroring all the emotions that wash over us during the holidays, it stirs, too, with "Amazing Grace" in duet with Jim, and surprises with two wonderful originals: the title track, upbeat "Christmas Wish", and a just-right love song, "Joy in Our World".
"LUCKY GIRL" Critically acclaimed "Lucky Girl", Anne's own-label CD released in 2000, features her first co-written pieces: the sweetly imploring "Talk to Me", soaring "Hands of Peace", and Caribbean-flavored "Don't Look Back". A sampler of handpicked melodies and small vignettes, "Lucky Girl" is simply magic. Its upbeat "Send a Message" and wistful "I Wish I Could" singles make the charts and propel a new series of solo concerts and performances.
"ALL MY BEST" "All My Best" (2002) showcases a collection of Anne's special favorites from previous albums, starring her Top Five hit "After All These Years". It also includes bonus track "Destiny", live with Donny Osmond and Jim Brickman.
"THIS IS THE SEASON" with "SOMEONE IS MISSING" Thoughtful, beautifully produced "This is the Season" is Anne's first holiday opus. It shines with her distinctive renderings of classic favorites like "Do You Hear What I Hear" as well as lesser-known carols, such as "Mary Did You Know?"
Touching many hearts in 2005 with "Someone Is Missing At Christmas", a personal yet universal story of dealing with loss at the hardest time of the year, by songwriter John Chaffee, Anne added the song to "This Is The Season" in 2007 making the CD an even more endearing holiday collectible. A new Christmas classic, the single charted n´┐Ż11 over the 2007 holiday!
